Terms and Conditions for Client Work

1. Scope of Work: My Real Mark will provide marketing services to the client as outlined in the project proposal. Any additional work outside of the scope will require a separate agreement.

2. Payment: Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal. My Real Mark requires a deposit of [percentage] upfront before work begins. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the project.

3. Revisions: My Real Mark will provide [number] rounds of revisions as outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions will be subject to an additional fee.

4. Intellectual Property: The client retains ownership of all intellectual property related to their brand. My Real Mark retains ownership of all intellectual property related to the services provided, including any design files or marketing strategies.

5. Confidentiality: My Real Mark will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose any confidential information without the client's consent.

6. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement at any time for any reason by providing written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for full payment of the original proposal. 

7. Liability: My Real Mark will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided. The client agrees to indemnify and hold My Real Mark harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the services provided.

8. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Texas. 

9. Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

 

By signing this agreement, the client acknowledges that they have read and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
