Sheira & Astrid
The idea for Real Mark was born when Astrid invited Sheira to attend a Keller Williams marketing event for real estate professionals. During the event, Sheira quickly recognized a significant gap in the industry: realtors lacked access to high-quality, local marketing, branding, and print services. There was no single place where agents could get everything they needed — conveniently and professionally — under one roof.
One presentation at the event highlighted a compelling case study. The presenters created a fictional real estate agent and sent direct mail postcards to the same neighborhood over a six-month period. When they later called the community to follow up, 98% of the residents recommended the fake agent — solely because of consistent marketing exposure.
When the presenters opened the floor for questions, the audience didn’t ask about strategy or results. Instead, they asked: Where do we get the postcards? Who designs them? How do we send them? This moment revealed a major pain point in the industry — and it sparked an idea.
With over a decade of experience in marketing and branding, particularly in scaling construction companies, Sheira turned to Astrid and suggested a collaboration. She proposed using Astrid’s real estate business as a pilot project to build a comprehensive marketing solution tailored specifically for agents.
Together, they launched Real Mark — combining Astrid’s deep real estate expertise with Sheira’s strategic marketing knowledge. Real Mark exists to provide real estate professionals with consistent, high-quality marketing, branding, and print services — all in one place.
